Spelling- We will be focusing on grammar and grammar rules for
the next month up until the STAAR test during the time that
we have used for spelling.
During this time, we will focus on things that may be linked to spelling--
like using the correct homophone in a sentence based on the context.
We may also focus on things such as subject/verb agreement and tenses.
For the next few weeks, there will not be a spelling list going home
or a spelling test.
There will be grammar and editing practice work that you will see
coming home in
Tuesday Folders.
Social Studies- Students will begin learning about the Texas Frontier in class.
